We and you the client jointly manage the project. We agree with you as to who will manage what part of the build.



FULL BUILD



We manage the whole build phase of the contract, including supplying all the materials, hiring subcontractors, liaising with the architect or designer and arranging council inspections.



DESIGN AND BUILD



We take care of the whole project from start to finish including the design.



COST PLUS



We will give you an estimate of your project, you will then be charged at regular intervals for labour, materials and subcontractors with an agreed margin added.
